Can I change my membership plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we'll pro-rate any differences in pricing to ensure fair billing.
What happens if I exceed my included driving hours?
Additional hours are charged at competitive rates: €8 per hour for Explorer members, €6 per hour for Executive members. Platinum members enjoy unlimited driving with no additional hourly charges.
Is there a minimum membership commitment?
We offer flexible month-to-month memberships with no long-term contracts. You can cancel your membership at any time with 30 days' notice, giving you complete flexibility to adjust as your needs change.
